We are a community group of people, like you, who seek to improve our skills and confidence to effectively express ourselves in any situation.

Our members are adults of all ages (20s to seniors), backgrounds and occupations. We meet once a week year-round to practise our public speaking skills as well as to motivate each other to improve and achieve personal growth. We use Toastmasters International Communications and Leadership Program manuals as our guide.

We meet Monday nights (except holidays,special offsite meetings and every 2nd week in the summer) at the Heron Road Multiservice Centre, 1480 Heron Road, in central Ottawa (between Alta Vista Drive and Herongate Mall).

Please check the Calendar to ensure there is a meeting the week you plan on coming.

Our two-hour meetings start at 7pm in the Billings Room on the second floor. Please arrive a little early so we can meet, greet and seat you.

We are conveniently located for people living in Alta Vista, Heron Park, Riverside, Greenboro and Hunt Club. Ample free parking is available all around the building. It is also well served by OC Transpo.
